Carbono Química Ltda. is certified by NBR ISO 9001:2000 for the purpose of Sale and Distribution of Organic Solvents since may 2001. CARBONO, by means of its Administration, has promoted Quality Management System organization, ensuring that this System is documented, implemented, and maintained as prescribed in the above mentioned reference Norm, and also following the good operational, commercial, business management and ethical practices, in order to support company growing and to provide continuous efficiency and efficacy improvement of the CARBONO operations in the market.

For the Company, quality is not reduced to the exact fulfillment of the items which ensure product applicability in the Customers processes. On the contrary, quality is seen as a dynamic and participative process, in which the main focus is to establish solid relations to Customers and Suppliers, therefore providing mutual development and so that creating a possibility of exploring new markets.

Set that the focus is the satisfaction and integration with Customers, each CARBONO Collaborator shall comprehend the impact of its activity on the quality system and the expansion possibilities of the Company business bases.

CARBONO has in its operational area Processing Control procedures which ensure quality for receiving, storing and transporting the marketed products. These procedures aim to ensure product quality maintenance for the storage and shipping period until it is delivered to Customers.

Quality assurance inherent to products is provided by inspecting products physicochemical properties in the all product cycle phases at CARBONO. It ensures that products offered to the market comply with all quality requirements.
